Sequence A combination of 3 or more consecutive cards of the same suit is recognized as a Sequence. It is of two types – Pure & Impure. Pure Sequence A Pure Sequence is defined as an arrangement of three or more consecutive cards of the same suit without using a Joker. Impure Sequence A sequence of three or more consecutive cards of the same suit formed using a Joker is called an Impure Sequence. Drop When an individual leaves the table without meeting the game objectives & ending the game, it is called Drop. There are 2 types of Drop – First Drop & Middle Drop. Declare After meeting the game objectives and arranging all the 13 cards in valid Set & Sequences, the player can end the game by moving the extra card to Finish Slot. Deadwood Cards The cards remaining at the hand of a player, not arranged in any set or sequence, when the opponent declares the game are known as deadwood cards. Wild Card A Wild card is a card selected on a random basis to act as Joker. It can be used to make Sets & Sequences. Closed Deck The deck of cards remaining after distributing 13 cards to each of the player available on the table. It is used for drawing cards to make valid set & sequence. Open Deck This deck comprises of all the cards discarded by players on the table.
